Realtor Sign Guide: Yard Signs, Riders & Panels for Real Estate Agents

What real estate agents actually need to order — yard sign packages, ACM panel signs, and rider signs — with real pricing and when to use each.

Three Sign Types, Three Different Jobs

Real estate signage isn't one product — agents typically need a mix of coroplast yard signs for listings, more durable ACM panel signs for a longer-term or personal-brand presence, and small rider signs that clip onto an existing post for status updates. Ordering the wrong one for the job either looks cheap or costs more than it needs to.

Yard Signs — For the Listing Itself

Standard coroplast yard signs are the ones planted in the yard for the duration of a listing. We sell them as packages or individually, double-sided, with free metal stakes on every order:

PackagePrice
8 Signs — 24″×24″ (square logos)$140.00
10 Signs — 18″×24″ (most popular)$140.00
12 Signs — 16″×24″ (best value)$140.00

Need fewer? Individual 18″×24″ signs start at $60 for one, scaling down to $140 for 10 (double-sided adds $11 per sign).

ACM Panel Signs — For Personal Branding

ACM (aluminum composite material) panel signs are the rigid, longer-lasting signs many agents use as a standing personal-brand sign — the kind that stays at a listing for its full duration or gets reused across multiple properties:

SizeSidesPrice
18″ × 24″Single-Sided$48.00
18″ × 24″Double-Sided$58.00
24″ × 36″Single-Sided$90.00
24″ × 36″Double-Sided$110.00

Rider Signs — For Status Updates

Rider signs are the small strips that clip below a main panel sign — "Open House," "Sold," "Price Reduced," "Coming Soon." Ordering these separately means you don't have to reprint the whole sign every time a listing's status changes:

SizeSidesPrice
6″ × 24″Single-Sided$26.00
6″ × 24″Double-Sided$28.00
6″ × 36″Single-Sided$36.00
6″ × 36″Double-Sided$42.00

A Simple Rule of Thumb

Use coroplast yard signs for the listing itself — they're inexpensive enough to leave behind or replace between listings. Use an ACM panel sign for your own name and branding, since it's durable enough to move from listing to listing. Order riders separately so "Sold" or "Open House" never means reprinting the whole sign.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between coroplast and ACM signs?

Coroplast is a lightweight corrugated plastic — affordable and fine for the length of one listing. ACM (aluminum composite) is rigid and far more durable, better suited to a personal-brand sign you'll reuse across multiple listings.

Do rider signs fit any post or sign frame?

Rider signs are sized to clip onto standard real estate sign posts and frames alongside a main panel or yard sign. Check your existing post's rider slot width before ordering a custom size.

Are metal stakes included with yard signs?

Yes — free economy metal stakes are included with every yard sign order at no extra charge.

Can I upload my agent photo and brokerage logo?

Yes — our free online designer supports uploading a headshot and logo directly onto panel signs, riders, or yard signs, or you can upload a complete print-ready file.
